Post Construction
Now that the construction is complete, it’s time to make the space pristine and prepared for it’s new inhabitants. Post Construction Cleaning is not just about debris removal but it’s a deeper clean tackling the small tedious tasks of removing labels, scuff marks and smudges. As there are phases to construction, our post construction cleaning covers various stages of the progress.
For the first stage, we can prep floors for laying carpet or tile by sweeping and dust removal. We can wash the interior of the installed windows after removal of labels and remove any grime prior to installation of other fixtures and/or cabinetry.
The second stage is the final detailing once everything has been installed.
This may consists of the following:

Lead Safe Certification
What is a Lead Safe Certificate?
If you own or manage rental properties in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, a lead safe certificate is something you need to know about. New laws in this area state that you must have all properties inspected for lead paint before you rent them to families with children, aged 6 and under.
The Philadelphia Lead Disclosure & Certification Law requires the landlord to go a step further and certify that a property is lead safe before children 6 years old and younger move in. Upon turnover (change of occupancy), landlords must provide a Philadelphia Department of Public Health (PDPH) Lead Safe Certificate or Lead Fee Certificate to every new tenant who has children 6 years or under who will be residing in a property built before 1978.
The landlord is required to send PDPH a copy of the lead safe certificate signed by the tenant. In addition, upon application for a new or annual renewal of a rental license, a landlord must certify that the law’s requirements have been met.
What does it mean if a property is “certified lead safe” under this law?
A certification that a property is lead safe means that a certified lead dust sampling technician or licensed lead inspector-risk assessor has:

- Determined the property is free of deteriorated, flaking, chipping, peeling chalking or not-intact paint, and
- Interior dust samples were collected, tested, and found not to contain hazardous levels of lead-contaminated dust.
This certificate is valid for 24 months.
As a certified lead dust sampling technician, you can contact us and request a visual inspection and a dust wipe clearance of your property.
